My Little Laser is a custom engraving and design business specializing in laser-engraved products including wood, acrylic, plexiglass, and other materials. Our products include custom artwork, sports-themed engravings, framed pieces, and personalized designs.
Because many of our items are custom-made, production times and product variations may occur.
2. Custom Orders
Many My Little Laser products are custom engraved based on customer requests.
By submitting a custom order you agree that:
• You have permission to use any image, logo, or design submitted.
• My Little Laser is not responsible for copyright violations submitted by customers.
• Custom orders cannot be changed once production has begun.
• Proof approvals (if provided) must be reviewed carefully before approval.
We reserve the right to refuse any custom design that contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
3. Product Variations
Laser engraving is a natural process and may produce slight variations.
Factors that may vary include:
• Wood grain patterns
• Engraving depth
• Color tone and shading
• Material texture
These variations are normal and part of the uniqueness of handcrafted products.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

• Offer promotional pricing
• Correct pricing errors if they occur
Orders placed with incorrect pricing may be canceled and refunded.
5. Payment

Full payment is required before production begins.
6. Production Time

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
9. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Provide photos of the damage
- Keep all original packaging if possible
We will work quickly to replace or resolve the issue.
10. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, logos, and images created by My Little Laser remain the intellectual property of My Little Laser unless otherwise agreed.
These designs may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without written permission.
11. Use of Customer Images
Customers who submit images grant My Little Laser permission to:
• Use the design to complete the order
• Display the finished product in portfolios or marketing materials
Customers may request their images not be displayed publicly.
12. Limitation of Liability
My Little Laser shall not be held liable for:
• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of business or profits
• Misuse of engraved products
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
13. Website Use

• Attempt unauthorized access to the website
• Upload malicious content
• Use the site for unlawful purposes
Violation may result in restricted access.
